Supply Of Raw Rations Medicines And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Re-tenders are invited for the supply of high quality raw rations - medicines - and miscellaneous items for prisoners and under-trial inmates for the financial year 2026-2027 on a delivered basis. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules. The estimated procurement value is PKR 40,000,000. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Bid security of PKR 800,000 in the form of original Call Deposit Receipt together with original bank verification certificate is mandatory and must also be uploaded electronically before bid opening. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, possess valid FBR NTN, verified bank statements and all mandatory registrations including KPFS and HFA Act Section 15 of 2014. The successful bidder shall execute an agreement and furnish a performance guarantee equal to 20 percent of the contract value in the form of a bank guarantee. Bids will be opened online at 12:00 PM after submission closes at 11:00 AM.
