Description
Procurement under framework contract for local purchase of medicines - surgical items - disposable items - Zakat medicines and disposable items - and medicines for Chief Minister Special Initiative Dialysis Program for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms suppliers authorized distributors and pharmacies registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids for each package. Separate bid security of 2% for each package in the form of Bank Draft or CDR is mandatory and original bid security shall be submitted before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
