Procurement of carriage services for transportation of bitumen in drums and bulk by road from Attock Petroleum Limited National Refinery Karachi - Pak Arab Refinery Limited Muzaffargarh - and Attock Refinery Limited near Sawan River Morgah Rawalpindi to Highway Divisions and Local Governments across Central North and South Zones of Punjab including Lahore Sheikhupura Kasur Nankana Sahib Sahiwal Okara Pakpattan Faisalabad Jhang Chiniot Toba Tek Singh Gujranwala Hafizabad Sialkot Narowal Gujrat Mandi Bahauddin Rawalpindi Jhelum Chakwal Attock Sargodha Bhakkar Khushab Mianwali Murree Talagang Wazirabad Multan Khanewal Vehari Dera Ghazi Khan Muzaffargarh Layyah Rajanpur Bahawalpur Lodhran Bahawalnagar Rahim Yar Khan Kot Addu and Taunsa. Registered Pakistan Engineering Council firms in the relevant category and contractors registered on Punjab EPADS are eligible. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR shall be uploaded online and the original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before bid opening. Bids will be opened at 01:00 PM. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35 and submission of fake documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting.
