Procurement Of Medicines And Drug Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification and procurement of medicines and drug supplies for deserving patients under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Health Welfare Programme for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Act 2009 and the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 through pre-qualification followed by open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via SPPRA E-PADS. Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, sole agents and suppliers shall submit electronic bids together with business profile and client list. Tender fee is Rs.5,000 (non-refundable). Earnest money equal to 5.5% of the total bid value and performance security equal to 5.5% shall accompany the bid. Technical proposals shall be opened after completion of pre-qualification while financial proposals of technically responsive bidders shall be opened on a later notified date through SPPRA E-PADS.
