Framework Contract For Local Purchase Of Medicines Surgical Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable items for the financial year 2026-27 including supplies for THQ Hospital Murree, Social Welfare Medicine and Sehat Sahulat Program or any similar revived programme. Eligible bidders shall possess a valid drug sale licence under the Drug Act 1976 and Punjab Drug Rules. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids comprising technical and financial proposals shall be submitted online. Bid security of 2% of the estimated procurement value of PKR 8,000,000, amounting to PKR 160,000, shall be submitted through PSID on the e-Procurement portal. Technical proposals shall be opened on the same day while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall subsequently be opened. Medicines shall be procured according to the Punjab Medicine Formulary and applicable operational guidelines.
