Transportation Goods Vehicles Related Services Tender Notice
Description
Transportation of goods and vehicles and provision of related services for the financial year 2026-27 within the jurisdiction of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad, including Hyderabad Division, Nawabshah Division, Sukkur Division, Larkana Division and Mirpurkhas Division. Services include shifting seized goods to warehouses and other sites, labor and logistics support, 20 Ft and 40 Ft container transport up to 50 km and 350 km including loading and unloading, large and small crane or excavator services, large and small lifter services, car carrier services for LTV up to 350 km and 1200 km, Shahzore or similar vehicle transport up to 150 km, Mazda Truck or similar vehicle transport up to 150 km, and labor in batches of five persons per eight-hour shift. Bids must be submitted in sealed form at the Administration Branch and online through EPADS. Bidders must provide valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations, a three-year business profile, authorized-person letter, similar service experience certificates for the preceding three years, CNIC and bank statement, and a non-blacklisting affidavit. Rates must include all taxes, conditional bids are not accepted, and bids must include a Rs. 100,000 call deposit in favor of The Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad. Rates remain valid for six months and may thereafter be revised according to market fluctuations and inflation or deflation. Bid security is 100,000.00 and bid validity is 54 days. Bids close on August 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM and open at 3:00 PM.
