Description
Framework contract procurement of drugs and medicines for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery at consignee end basis through Punjab e-Procurement System under single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. The Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department will conclude the framework contract and rate notification at centre level to ensure availability, uniformity, standardization, economies of scale and value for money, while departments and hospitals under its administrative control may issue purchase orders against demanded quantities. A bid security of 0.5% of estimated tender cost is required. Hard copies of e-bids are not required and bid validity is 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:00 Hours on 10-08-2026 at the Committee Room of SHC&MED. E-bids will be opened at 15:30 Hours on 24-08-2026.
