University of Agriculture Faisalabad invites technical and financial proposals for leasing university shops, canteens, cafes, kiosks and related premises located at Main Campus, PARS Campus, Laboratory Schools Sub Campus and Firdous Colony for an initial period of three years, extendable by a further two years subject to satisfactory performance. Application forms containing bidding details and conditions may be obtained from the relevant office or downloaded free of cost from the University website and PPRA website. Completed applications with Technical and Financial Bids enclosed separately must be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control by 24th August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of applicants, followed by interviews. Only applicants successful in technical evaluation and interview will have their Financial Bids opened in their presence. The tenant shall deposit all applicable provincial, federal, corporation and withholding taxes along with monthly rent. Shops, canteens, cafes and kiosks situated at women hostels must be staffed exclusively by female personnel.
