Vehicle Maintenance Medicines Emergency Gas Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of emergency and administrative vehicles and fabricated equipment under sub head A13001, and supply of drugs and medicines under sub head A03927, including supply and refilling of oxygen cylinders, dry chemical powder (DCP), CO2 and related gas items. Bids are invited from well reputed Government registered firms having relevant experience. The bidding procedure shall be Single stage-One envelope procedure under GBPPRA Rule 2022 clause 39(a). Bid security is Rs. 90,000 for repair and maintenance work, Rs. 30,000 for drugs and medicines, and Rs. 30,000 for gases and oxygen cylinder refilling and related supplies. Firms applying for relevant categories must have their own workshop or spare parts shop, medical store, or refilling shop in District Hunza. Tender documents require a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000 deposited through original Treasury Challan Form T.R.6 in the GB Consolidated Fund Account. Bids for repair and maintenance must be received by 11:00 AM on 24 August 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM; drugs and medicines bids must be received by 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM; gases, oxygen cylinder refilling, DCP and CO2 bids must be received by 1:00 PM and opened at 1:30 PM on the same date. Late bids will not be entertained.
