Supply of emergency medicines and pharmaceutical products including Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg - Tab. Acetyl Salicylic Acid 300 mg - Tab. Glyceryl Trinitrate 0.5 mg S/L - Ipratropium Bromide 20 ml - Inj. Dimenhydrinate 50 mg/ml - Inj. 25% Dextrose Water 20 ml - Inj. Diclofenac sodium water base 75 mg/3ml - Povidone-iodine Solution 10% 450 ml - Polymyxin B Sulphate 10,000 unit, Bacitracin zinc 500 units, lignocaine 40 mg Skin Ointment 20 gm - Lignocaine Hydrochloride gel 2% 15 gm - Silver Sulphadiazine 1% Cream 50 gm. Bidders must be local manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals or their authorized distributors having valid DML/DSL and relevant experience, and must be registered with the tax department in Pakistan. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority using the PDF upload method. The bidding procedure shall be single-stage two-envelope under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids and required documents shall be submitted electronically, with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value submitted electronically; physical financial instruments including CDR, PO or Bank Guarantee shall not be accepted. Bidding documents may be downloaded without tender fee through the Punjab e-Procurement System or PPRA. The bid shall be opened electronically after submission.
