Medicines Surgical And Disposable Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of Medicines - Surgical items for General Surgery and Gynea Surgery - Disposable items - Cancer Medicines and other medicines from Zakat Fund for the year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from the local market near the hospital for emergency basis supply of medicines for 24 hours. Complete tender documents may be purchased on submission of written application against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3,000. Bids must be delivered by 24-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon and will be opened on 24-09-2026 at 01:00 PM. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The tender will be sold from 10-09-2026 to 24-09-2026. If a Government public holiday is announced, the tender will be opened on the next working day. Quotations shall include Government taxes where applicable. Pro Tip: This procurement covers medicines, surgical supplies, general surgery and gynaecology surgery items, disposable medical items and cancer medicines for emergency hospital supply through the Zakat Fund.
