Description
Procurement of medicines and surgical items for SSP Program - emergency and Zakat medicines - biological vaccines - contingency leftover items, along with monthly rental of a public washroom restricted to eligible non-Muslim applicants and monthly car parking rental services. Procurement shall be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage One Envelope procedures as specified for respective items and services. E-bids must be uploaded through EPAD and hard copies containing the required CDR submitted through GPO or registered post. Technical and financial envelopes for the SSP procurement must be clearly marked, while separate bids are required for each item or service. Bid securities include Rs. 1,000,000 for medicines and surgical items, Rs. 1,000,000 for emergency and Zakat medicines, Rs. 200,000 for biological vaccines, Rs. 100,000 for contingency items and 2% of quoted bid value for applicable rental services. Firms and suppliers must be registered with EPAD and, where applicable, KPRA and FBR.
