Electricity Consumer Bills Printing Reports Tender Notice
Description
Printing of electricity consumer bills and allied reports at four computer centers located in Muzaffarabad, Rawalakote, Kotli, and Mirpur on a per-copy cost basis. The successful bidder shall provide printing machines, toner, maintenance kits, hardware, materials, resources, installation, and support services, while the department will provide bill forms and allied stationery for MIS reporting. The procurement shall follow open competitive bidding using single stage-two envelop procedure under AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Bidders must be income tax and sales tax registered and submit bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the prescribed form with validity of at least 150 days from bid opening, while quoted rates must remain valid for at least 120 days. Bids must be complete, unconditional, properly authenticated, accompanied by the required authority letter where applicable, and supported by an affidavit or certificate confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted or in conflict with government. Rates must include General Sales Tax, prevailing taxes, installation, and support services.
