Supply Of Office And General Departmental Items Tender Notice

Supply of air conditioner spare parts - canvas bags and accessories - civil work items - computer IT hardware items and accessories - electric items - furniture and fixture items - garden tools and plants - miscellaneous and cleaning items - papers - stationery items - original toners - compatible toners for FY 2026-27. Bids are invited from well reputed suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and on the Active Taxpayers List having a registered office or sub-office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Item lists may be obtained by submitting an application with NTN and GST registration certificates and a non-refundable pay order of Rs.10,000 for each list separately. Bidding shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes. Incomplete tenders shall not be entertained. Bids must reach the designated office before 1400 hours and shall be opened at 1430 hours on the same date, with financial bids of only technically qualified firms opened.
