Hospital Procurement Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for FY 2026-27 covering local purchase of medicines and surgical and disposable items - laboratory items - printing items - bio-medical gases - X-Ray films and chemicals - parking and canteen. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers sole distributors authorized suppliers and reputed firms, with valid Form 9A Category A drug sales licence where applicable, relevant experience, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, active NTN and GST certificates. Separate bids are required for each lot. Medicines and surgical and disposable items are to be offered on maximum discount from manufacturers retail price, while laboratory items printing material bio-medical gases and X-Ray films and chemicals require item-wise rates. Parking and canteen bids are evaluated on maximum offered amount. Bidding is through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost for each lot and bids must be accompanied by online CDR bid security. Technical and financial bids are opened according to the stated procedure, with opening at 11:30 A.M. Bidders must submit best and final prices as no negotiations will be made.
