Auction Of Condemned Technical Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Auction of condemned and BER technical store items on an as-is-where-is basis. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPAD Version 2 by August 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual bids are not accepted. Original bid security of 74,740.00 must be submitted before the closing time. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. The successful bidder must deposit 100% of the offered amount within 3 days of the award and complete payment arrangements including 25% on the same day and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours, with applicable government taxes payable separately. The successful bidder must remove the stores at their own expense within the stipulated period. Bid validity is 120 days.
