Framework contract procurement for Regional Office, Crime Control Department, Rawalpindi Region for Financial Year 2026-27 covering Others Miscellaneous Items estimated at PKR 18 million with 3% bid security of PKR 540,000; Stationery Items estimated at PKR 1.5 million with bid security of PKR 45,000; Computer Hardware, Software and IT Equipment estimated at PKR 1 million with bid security of PKR 30,000; Repair of Furniture, Fixtures and Machinery estimated at PKR 0.5 million with bid security of PKR 15,000; Repair of Transport estimated at PKR 5 million with bid security of PKR 150,000; Repair of Office Buildings estimated at PKR 11 million with bid security of PKR 330,000; and Purchase of Furniture and Plant & Machinery estimated at PKR 32 million with bid security of PKR 960,000. Total estimated procurement value is PKR 69 million. Bidding shall follow Open Competitive Bidding through Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must provide profiles, NTN, valid Sales Tax/Income Tax, Professional Tax and PRA registration certificates. Rates must include applicable taxes and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 27 August 2026 at 1:00 PM, with technical bids opened at 1:30 PM on the same day.
