Framework contract procurement for Financial Year 2026-2027 covering Hot and Cold items, Lubricants, Hiring for Service Rendered and Dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum duties - Stationery Items, Computer Stationery Items, Printing of Miscellaneous Registers and Files and Miscellaneous or Other Items - Purchase, Repair and Replacement of Transport Items - Purchase, Repair and Replacement of Machinery and Equipment Items, Furniture Items, Hardware and Equipment Items and Renewal of Miscellaneous Software Items - Items related to Bed and Boxes, Cost of Other Store, Plant and Machinery, IT Items and Furniture and Fixtures. The total estimated cost is PKR 17.20 million and bid security is 1% of the estimated cost of each lot. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on a lot-wise basis, with each bid covering the whole lot. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Section 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Each lot-wise e-bid shall comprise a single package containing the financial bid inclusive of all taxes and in conformity with the bidding documents. Bid security must be submitted online through PSID generation before the submission deadline. The technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. The successful bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee of 3% of the total contract value, to be released upon successful completion of the contract. E-bid validity shall continue until 30 June 2027 and repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement. Eligible participants include firms, companies, General Order suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers and distributors, including JVs where applicable, registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, relevant registration authorities and applicable tax authorities.
