Procurement Of Medical Equipment And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Medical Equipment and Accessories comprising a total of 85 items. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must have three assignments of similar nature and complexity, turnover of at least PKR 40,000,000 in three subsequent previous years, Active Tax Payer List status, Sales Tax Certificate, required manufacturer authorization, registration with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan or provisional certificate and valid Drug Sale License where applicable, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank is required. The bidder must provide a technical data sheet, fresh samples after being declared technically responsive, appropriate cold chain arrangements where applicable and replacement of near-expiry items. The tender fee is PKR 1,000. Technical and financial requirements shall be evaluated according to the bidding documents. Tender opening is scheduled at 11:00 AM.
