Framework Agreement For Hospital Supplies And Services Tender Notice

Framework Agreement for Local Purchase of Medicines - Surgical and Disposable Items - General Store Items - Laboratory Items - Stationery Items - Printing Items - X-ray Films and Chemicals - Medical Gases - Dental and Surgical Items - Bio Medical Equipments - Transportation Services for Financial Year 2026-27. Lot 01 requires firms to hold a valid Centralized Drugs Sale License (Pharmacy Form No. 9), while participating firms must be GST and Income Tax registered and technically and financially sound. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS, with original bid security submitted to the Medical Superintendent before bid opening. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost for each package, with stated amounts ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 200,000. Bidders may participate in one or more packages with separate bids and bid security for each package. Financial bids must mention brand name, quality and pack size, and samples must be provided. Successful bidders must supply items according to the specifications and criteria in the bidding documents. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:00 am.
