Miscellaneous Items Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services through framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 on a lot-wise basis, including Hot & Cold Charges, Other items, Hardware & Equipment, Software Repair, Fair Exhibition & Others, Training Aid, Tent & Tarpal; Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing Charges, Machinery & Equipment Repair, Plant & Machinery, Software, Maintenance, Repair & Renovation of Regional Complex Building; POL Charges and Lubricants, Cost of Inventory, Transport Repair, Furniture & Fixture, Payments for Services Rendered, Furniture & Fixture Repair, Beds & Boxes, Muharram Funds, IT Equipment and Other Stores. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System with PPRA Punjab and relevant registration and tax authorities. Bids shall be submitted lot-wise through electronic means, with each lot requiring a complete package containing technical and financial bids inclusive of taxes. Technical bids will be opened on August 28, 2026 at 1130 hours and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of each lot is required through PSID generation before the submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract value is required upon acceptance.
