Repair Maintenance And Other Cardiology Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of items for repair and maintenance of the office building, pest control and fumigation services, supply of medical gases and LPG, photocopy services on rental basis, and supplementary laboratory and pathology items for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and related requirements. The procurement follows Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 as amended using single stage two envelope procedures through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee is required and must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. Bids are opened at 10:30 AM according to the stated schedule. If the opening date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply with the same time and venue.
