Description

Desilting of sewer lines at different points in the city of Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan during Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible Engineering Firms / Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes with valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System may participate. Bidding shall follow the single stage - single envelope procedure. Bidders must complete, stamp and sign all required forms and tables and submit bids electronically through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Unit rates must be quoted in figures and words against each prescribed price schedule item and rates shall include all applicable Government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected. The successful bidder shall furnish Performance Security under Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 before issuance of the Work Order and shall complete the work within the period specified in the Work Order. Required quality control tests shall be conducted by the successful bidder at its own expense. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of the tender opening committee and attending bidders or their authorized representatives. Arithmetical or typographical errors shall be dealt with according to the original documents and all other bidding document terms shall apply. The estimated cost is Rs. 8,365,400.00 and earnest money is Rs. 418,270.00, representing 5 percent.
