Pathology Laboratory Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of pathology services and laboratory items for FY 2026-27 for THQ Hospital Kahuta. The estimated cost is PKR 2,500,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms or agencies involved in running pathology services and laboratory items, be on the active taxpayer list of FBR, be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit the online bid as defined in the bidding document. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank must be submitted online as prescribed. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be uploaded with bids before opening. Taxes will be deducted under applicable government rules.
