Widening of road from Bargo Bala to Tholdass and re-alignment and widening of road from KKH to Guwachi near Eidgah as remaining work, with an estimated bid cost of Rs. 21,466,600, bid security of Rs. 429,332 and bidding document cost of Rs. 10,000. Sealed tenders are invited from eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and code, with valid PEC registration up to 31st August, 2026. The required category is C-06 and above, along with renewal fee for CFY 2026-27, CNIC, bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank of Pakistan clearly mentioning the contractor or firm name, and no sick scheme and no litigation certificates issued by the Chief Engineer C&WD Gilgit Baltistan. Bidding documents are to be obtained personally by the original contractor upon written application and production of the required original documents and payment of the document cost. Bid securities or CDRs will be retained until acceptance of the tender or bid and refunded after acceptance. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals before acceptance under GB PPRA Rules. The bid closing date is 7th September, 2026 at 11:00 AM and the tender will be opened 30 minutes after closing at 11:30 AM; in case of public or local holiday or official engagement, opening will take place on the next working day.
