Description
Procurement of crockery items under a Closed Framework Agreement through Request for Proposal without Negotiations and Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. Experienced reputable firms with valid National Tax Number registered with Federal Board of Revenue and capability in similar projects are eligible. Complete bidding documents require payment of PKR 5,000 as non-refundable document fee. Bid security of PKR 100,000 is required in the form of original bank guarantee pay order demand draft or CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bid validity is 120 days and bid security must remain valid for 30 days beyond bid validity. Sealed bids must be accompanied by required documents.
