Outsourcing Computer Printer Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of computer printer services for the year 2026-27 through e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities and participate through the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. e-Bids must be submitted online, with technical and financial proposals, by the prescribed closing time. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items must accompany the technical proposal in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, DD, PO or Banker's cheque, with the original security and affidavits submitted before bid opening. Bid validity is 210 days from opening. Hard copies are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-containing or incorrectly submitted bids may be rejected, and lot-wise bids must be submitted in the relevant lot. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
