Framework Contract Pathology Laboratory Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of pathology services and laboratory items for FY 2026-27 at an estimated cost of PKR 2,500,000, with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms or agencies of repute with financially sound backgrounds involved in running pathology services and laboratory items must be on the active taxpayer list of FBR and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System, accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Bidders must upload NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Best and final prices are required as no negotiations are expected, and taxes will be deducted according to applicable government rules.
