Description

Framework contract procurement of miscellaneous items and services through open competitive bidding on lot-wise basis for financial year 2026-2027. Lot 1 covers Hot and Cold items, Lubricants, Hiring for Service Rendered and Dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum Duties with estimated cost of 2.3 million and bid security of 0.023 million. Lot 2 covers Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing of Miscellaneous Registers and Files and Miscellaneous or Other Items with estimated cost of 3.5 million and bid security of 0.035 million. Lot 3 covers Purchase, Repair and Replacement of Transport Items with estimated cost of 4 million and bid security of 0.04 million. Lot 4 covers Purchase, Repair and Replacement of Machinery and Equipment, Furniture, Hardware and Equipment and Renewal of Miscellaneous Software Items with estimated cost of 2.2 million and bid security of 0.022 million. Lot 5 covers Bed and Boxes, Cost of Other Store, Plant and Machinery, IT Items and Furniture and Fixtures with estimated cost of 5.2 million and bid security of 0.05 million. Total estimated cost is 17.20 million and bid security is 1% of the estimated cost of each lot. Bids shall be submitted electronically lot-wise through Punjab e-Procurement using the specified procedure, with each lot comprising a complete package containing financial information inclusive of taxes and conforming to the bidding documents. The lowest evaluated bidder shall be considered for the whole lot. Bid security shall be submitted through PSID before the deadline and a performance guarantee of 3% of total contract value shall be deposited upon acceptance. Bid validity extends until 30.06.2027 and repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement under the cited rule.
