Outsourcing Call Center Agent Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services for Call Center Agents under outsourcing arrangements for the project titled CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center under framework contract EGOV-10. The procurement covers 400 Call Center Agents with Basic Proficiency and an estimated total cost of Rs.288,000,000. Bid security is stated as Rs.5,760,000. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped and conforming to the tender documents, shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the tender document must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids shall not be considered. Bidders are required to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System for electronic submission. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
