Sports Items Framework Contract Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Sports Items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated amount is Rs. 1,456,950 and bid security is 1% of the estimated amount, stated as Rs. 14,569. Eligible and experienced businesses and enterprises must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments where required. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with technical and financial bids submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is compulsory. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the bid opening date through the e-Procurement Punjab system.
