Description
Supply of medicines and surgical items through Zakat Fund, LP Fund and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Fund for Social Services Medical Centre, DHQ Hospital Astore. Tender documents are to be obtained from the office of the Social Welfare Officer and submitted in accordance with the prescribed tender procedure. A call deposit or security deposit of 2% is required for medicines in the form of demand draft or pay order from any scheduled bank in favour of the Social Welfare Officer, SSMC Astore. Incomplete supporting documents will not be accepted and incorrect information may result in legal action. Items must be delivered to SSMC Astore after issuance of the supply order. Offered rates remain effective until 30th June 2027, and approved contractors or suppliers are required to provide medicines of the required quality and quantity to patients. The tender opening time is 12:30 PM.
