Procurement Of Mobil Oil And Lubricants Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of Mobil Oil and Lubricants for the financial year 2026-2027 from eligible firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 29 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and must be accompanied by bid security of Rs.700,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, collected electronically before opening. Bids will be opened through the Punjab e-Procurement System on 29 August 2026 at the stated opening time in the office of the City Police Officer, Faisalabad. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of the contract price in the form of deposit at call or bank guarantee.
