Hiring Of Tax Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of tax consultancy services through a Request for Proposal for eligible consultants, with assessment of consultant capacity and capability as part of the technical proposal. Selection will be conducted through Quality and Cost Based Selection under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Proposals must be submitted through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). The RFP includes instructions to consultants, technical proposal, financial proposal, eligible countries, terms of reference, and standard contract forms. Bid validity is 90 days and no bid security is required.
