Consultancy Services For Establishment Of Medical College At Tender Notice

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department, through Chief Engineer Centre, invites proposals through EPADS from shortlisted consulting firms of C&W Department, Building Sector, for consultancy services relating to establishment of a Medical College in the existing building of Regional Professional Development Center (Male) at Jamrud, ADP No. 807/260129 (2026-27) (AIP). Required consultancy services comprise professional supervision and vetting of design. Consultancy charges are Rs.19.820 million. The consultant will be selected through Quality Cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted separately in sealed envelopes and uploaded on EPADS. Only technically qualified firms will have their financial proposals opened. RFP documents are available from the office of Executive Engineer, Building Division Khyber on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.4,000 and must be obtained at least seven days before the closing date. The RFP is for shortlisted consultants of the Building Sector only.
