Sindh Government Hospital Qasimabad invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System on a DDP basis excluding GST for purchase of drugs and medicines with 15 percent local content under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB as applicable and must provide latest NTN and GST registration certificates - company profile - signed and stamped standard bidding documents - audited accounts and income tax returns for the last three years - current Chamber of Commerce certificate - supply schedule - minimum three years documentary experience - turnover details supported by bank certificate - authorized dealership or manufacturer certificate.
