Office Vehicle Repair Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of vendors and auto workshops based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for repair and maintenance of office vehicles under an open framework agreement for Financial Year 2026-2027, extendable up to one year on satisfactory performance. Services will be procured as and when required through quotations or single quotation as applicable. Hard copies of duly signed and stamped documents with a covering letter must be submitted at the stated office by 02 September 2026 at 12:00 PM because the framework agreement is currently unavailable or non-functional on E-PADS 2.0. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 1,000 applies if required, and an original security deposit of Rs. 100,000 must accompany the documents in a sealed envelope. Bid validity is 90 days.
