Manufactured Vehicles Accessories Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories comprising two total items under the Sui Master Plan procurement. Only electronic bids are to be submitted and no physical bid is required. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligibility requirements include five assignments of similar nature and complexity, turnover of at least PKR 10,000,000 in each of three preceding years, presence in the Active Taxpayer List, Sales Tax Certificate, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency in Pakistan and submission of the required bid security. Joint venture participation is not permissible. Bid security must be 2 percent in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the required name. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard and tenders will be opened electronically at 11:00 AM on the same day as submission. The procurement concerns manufactured vehicles, vehicle accessories and related automotive supply requirements, with eligibility based on relevant assignments, financial turnover, tax compliance and bid security.
