Arrangements for the 77th Annual Event at the National Marian Shrine, Mariamabad, Tehsil Safdarabad, District Sheikhupura for 2026 on item rates basis. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,582,660 and earnest money is Rs. 179,133, calculated at 5% of the estimated or bid cost. Eligible contractors, firms and bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category or codes and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System. Bidders must upload the earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Chief Officer District Council Sheikhupura at 5% of the estimated or bid cost and fill rates against the items through the prescribed website up to half an hour before the tender opening. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, half an hour before opening, otherwise the bidder will be disqualified.
