Tuff Tile Sewerage Connections Tender Notice
Description
Providing and fixing of Tuff Tile and sewerage connections opposite Market Committee Office, College Road, within the limits of Municipal Committee Layyah. The estimated cost is Rs. 4,866,000 and earnest money is Rs. 243,300 at 5% of the estimated cost. The procurement is invited from engineering firms and contractors through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System on rates or percentage above or below the approved DNIT, with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category or codes. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and obtain and upload tender documents through EPADS. Earnest money in the form of CDR in favour of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Layyah at 5% of estimated cost must be uploaded and rates must be filled through the prescribed website up to half an hour before the tender opening. The original CDR must be submitted to the Quotation Opening Committee on the same day, half an hour before opening, otherwise the contractor will be disqualified. Bids will be retrieved and quoted rates and successful bidder will be announced at the office of Municipal Committee Layyah on 28-08-2026 at 01:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35, and the successful contractor is required to submit performance guarantee under Clause 56 of PPRA Rules.
