Procurement Of Photocopiers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of photocopiers for the Punjab Healthcare Commission through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The estimated cost including all applicable taxes is Rs. 2,500,000 and bid security is Rs. 50,000, equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders are firms, companies and suppliers engaged in the supply of photocopiers and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03-09-2026 at 14:00 Hours against the PSID generated by the system, and late bids will not be accepted. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted or transferred online in accordance with PPRA directions. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 Hours in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bidding documents are available after publication through the Punjab Healthcare Commission, PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bid validity is 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to enhance or reduce quantity or requirement and to reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
