Annual Framework Event Management Goods Services Gujrat Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for goods, materials and services required for management of different events by Municipal Corporation Gujrat. The estimated framework cost is Rs. 20,000,000 and earnest money is 5% of estimated cost. Completion is as per work order. Eligible PEC-registered firms/contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement may participate under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically and manual bids are not accepted. Contractors must submit earnest money and may be required to deposit additional performance security if the lowest bid is 5% or more below the estimated cost.
