Office Stationery Printing Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, cost of other stores, other items and entertainment and gifts for the current financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible registered or incorporated firms and suppliers must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department and maintain their own independent offices. Bidders must provide a bid security equal to 4.5% of total estimated cost in the prescribed form in favour of the Section Officer General LG&CD Department, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. The procurement requires a minimum two-year business history, affidavit regarding blacklisting and litigation, bank certificate or statement or balance sheet demonstrating financial soundness, company profile, General Sales Tax Number, NTN and Income Tax proof, Professional Tax, FBR firm registration and two years audit reports. Samples of each item must be provided to the procuring agency before the technical bid opening. Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System and hard copies of bids are not accepted. The technical bids will be opened after completion of the e-Procurement procedure, followed by financial bid opening for technically qualified bidders on a subsequently communicated schedule. Bidders must quote rates for all items of the respective lot or package.
