Punjab Police Procurement Machinery Repair Farooqabad 2026 Tender Notice
Description
Punjab Police Headquarters Farooqabad invites tenders for procurement of various items and repair of machinery for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2). Interested firms/bidders having relevant previous experience and fulfilling the prescribed eligibility, registration and technical requirements may participate. Bids are required to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bids are scheduled to be opened at 11:30 AM on 03-09-2026 in the presence of participating bidders. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost is required to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The contract period shall remain effective up to 30-06-2027. The bidder shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in preparation and submission of the bid.
