Miscellaneous Health Supplies Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Other Miscellaneous Items; Uniform / Liveries; Repair of Machinery / Equipment; Repair of Furniture / Fixture / Windows / Doors; Repair of Transport / Vehicle; Stationery Articles; and Advertising & Publicity Items for the year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit duly completed and signed bids through EPADS by the specified deadline. A fixed bid security of 2% is required through call deposit, pay order, demand draft or bank guarantee, with a copy submitted online and the original reaching the procuring agency before the submission deadline. Bidders must be registered with FBR and/or SRB for applicable taxes and be on the relevant Active Taxpayer List. Technical and Financial Proposals must be separately marked. The tender covers general supplies, uniforms, equipment repairs, furniture repairs, vehicle repairs, stationery and publicity materials, with technical evaluation requirements specified in the bidding documents.
