Hiring of Janitorial and Sanitation Services at Thar Institute of Engineering, Sciences and Technology, Mithi, Tharparkar. Bids are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage One-Envelope Procedure from well-reputed firms. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with FBR, SRB, EOBI and SESSI, at least 3 years relevant experience providing janitorial or sanitation services at public sector universities, satisfactory service completion certificates, average annual turnover of at least Rs.40 million during the last three years supported by online annual returns submitted to FBR, audited annual financial statements and online income tax annual returns for the last three years, valid Professional Tax Certificate issued by Government of Sindh, and an affidavit concerning litigation history, blacklisting and corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices. A fixed bid security of Rs.0.800 million is required in the payment mode specified in Rule 37(2) of SPPRA in favor of Director Finance, NEDUET. Bidding documents must be obtained and submitted through EPADS. Bidders must submit their Best and Final Price because no negotiations are permitted. Bids are due by 09 September 2026 and will be opened on 10 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. The procurement covers janitorial services, sanitation services, cleaning, institutional housekeeping and facility maintenance services for a public sector educational institution.
