Framework contract procurement on lot basis for Stationery as per requirement with estimated price Rs.16 million and bid security Rs.800,000; Computer Stationery as per requirement with estimated price Rs.18 million and bid security Rs.900,000; Printing & Publication as per requirement with estimated price Rs.6.8 million and bid security Rs.340,000; Hardware Items as per requirement with estimated price Rs.3 million and bid security Rs.150,000; IT Equipment as per requirement with estimated bid security Rs.250,000; Furniture & Fixture as per requirement with estimated price Rs.15 million and bid security Rs.225,000; Others as per requirement with estimated price Rs.12.5 million and bid security Rs.625,000; Cost of Others Store Items as per requirement with estimated price Rs.13 million and bid security Rs.650,000; Entertainment & Gifts as per requirement with estimated price Rs.18.5 million and bid security Rs.925,000; and Uniform and Protective Clothing as per requirement with estimated price Rs.15 million and bid security Rs.75,000. E-bids are invited separately for each lot under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and JVs where applicable, engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM. A copy of the e-Bid Security, attested affidavit and samples of all goods items must be submitted at 11:30 AM on 3rd September 2026. Bid security is stated at 5% and must be submitted in the specified manner; CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft and Pay Order are stated as not acceptable for the e-Bid Security. Stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication materials, hardware items, IT equipment, furniture and fixtures, store items, entertainment and gifts, uniforms and protective clothing are the procurement categories covered by this framework contract.
