Supply Of Vehicle Spare Parts And Office Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Separate tenders are invited for procurement categories including vehicle repair and supply of spare parts, office stationery and other listed procurement requirements for financial year 2026-27. Bidders must have at least three years relevant experience in the concerned field and must maintain the required shop or workshop in Gilgit city. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes, with only technically qualified bidders having their financial proposals opened. Technical and financial evaluation carries the stated respective weightages. Bidders must submit their last two years bank statements showing the required minimum balance, firm registration documents, an affidavit on stamp paper, valid relevant experience certificates and other documents specified in the notice. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted through a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in the name of the Director General Anti-Corruption Establishment Gilgit-Baltistan. The tender document fee is Rs. 4,000 and is non-refundable. Blacklisted or poorly performing contractors will be excluded. Vehicle repair requirements include necessary parts and separate labour charges are not acceptable. Rates must be typed on the company letterhead; handwritten or unreasonable rates will not be accepted. The procuring authority may reject any or all tenders under GB-PPRA Rules 2022. The tenders will remain valid until 30th June 2027.
