Supply Of Office Stationery And Vehicle Spare Parts Tender Notice
Description
Sealed quotations are invited from registered contractors and general order suppliers for office stationery and vehicle repair and spare parts requirements for financial year 2026-27. The list of stationery items and vehicle spare parts may be obtained from the concerned office during official working hours. Quotations must be submitted in sealed form by the specified closing date and time and will be opened the same day in the presence of quotation providers. The quotation provider must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and have valid renewal for 2026-27. Incomplete or ambiguous quotations will not be accepted. For vehicle repair, the contractor must have a workshop. After approval of the quotation and issuance of the work order, delay in supply or installation may result in cancellation of the quotation. Quoted rates will remain valid for financial year 2026-27 and will not be changed during the period. The procuring authority reserves the right under GB PPRA Rule 36 to reject any quotation with reasons.
