Description
Prequalification of experienced and registered genuine spare parts dealers for supply of spare parts and tyres for official vehicles of the Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme for financial year 2026-27. Eligible dealers include genuine dealers of Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, KIA and Mitsubishi. Bidders must quote rationalized and market-based rates for all spare parts, and quoted rates must remain within 15 percent above or below the prevailing market or reference rates determined by the procuring agency; rates outside this range will be considered unreasonable or non-responsive. Bidding documents contain terms and conditions, procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid security, bid validity, opening and evaluation criteria, clarification and rejection provisions and performance guarantee requirements. The bidding documents are available at a non-refundable price of Rs. 2,000.
